                        </author><content:encoded xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">wow, I've lived here for about three years now and never realised this.. but you're absolutely right, Bgrd is darker than other cities! but i think it's most of all due to the dark caracter of this place... the sinister history, the nongalant black humor and the fact that Belgraders seem to kind of enjoy (or take pride in) their own grimness makes
